Project: The Family Room

Preliminary Info:

  • Need to show all furniture client wants in the space & a few layouts that show an appropriate amount of furniture while maximizing seating space

  • Use approximate measurements from hand drawn image provided by designer

  • Leave window space clear and a path to access. Measurements not taken because furniture fits within the recessed window space.

  • All furniture used is quick ship or owned by client. Budget and time is limited for search.

  • Focal area is fireplace & TV mounted above. Storage and surface for hosting needed for game storage & serving trays
