Preliminary Info:
Need to show all furniture client wants in the space & a few layouts that show an appropriate amount of furniture while maximizing seating space
Use approximate measurements from hand drawn image provided by designer
Leave window space clear and a path to access. Measurements not taken because furniture fits within the recessed window space.
All furniture used is quick ship or owned by client. Budget and time is limited for search.
Focal area is fireplace & TV mounted above. Storage and surface for hosting needed for game storage & serving trays
